| In resent years,traditional micro-holes processing methods have been unable to meet the high depth to diameter ratio requirements of micro hole machining.However,laser in many processing can meet the requirements of some harsh,therefore laser drilling has become an important method in the micro hole machining.Because the fiber laser has the characteristics of high energy density,good focusing properties,small heat affected area and good beam quality,in theory,it can make holes with small holes and good shape,but it has not been widely used at present.In this paper,the nozzle of the nozzle is studied.Through the optical fiber laser processing test,studying on the processing characteristics of the micro hole of the injector and the optimal processing parameters of the fiber laser for the guidance of the application.It has important significance in the application of the fiber laser and the hole drilling.This article first analyzes the interaction of laser drilling mechanism of the laser and material in the process,and the characteristics of all kinds of laser drilling way and the mechanism of metal in laser are introduced.According to the requirement of the micro hole drilling of the injector,thetheoretical design of micro hole machining equipment is studied by using3 D software.According to the requirement of the inclined hole of the injector,a special set of fixture is designed,and the laser micro hole machining equipment is built according to the theoretical design,and the equipment is studied in the following experiments.Then,the key point is to optimize the processing parameters of micro holes by the response surface method.Firstly,based on single factor experiment,the SUS304 stainless steel was studied by using QCW150 quasi continuous fiber laser.The process parameters which affect the quality of micro hole machining are analyzed,including pulse energy,laser pulse width,distance and repetition rate.Then through the single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was conducted to analyze the influence of the process parameters(pulse energy,laser pulse width and out of focus)on the quality of micro hole machining.Through the orthogonal test analysis of variance,the process parameters of the test target are optimized,and the mathematical formula of the aperture is chosen as the test index.Finally with the help of in Design-Expert software of test parameters and results of response surface analysis,the result graph,and laser processing injector microporous optimal parameters(or regional)through modeling analysis and graphics.The theoretically analysis the mechanism of action of laser processing,and through the injector microporous actual machining test carries on the data analysis,the important thing is that the test fiber laser can play the best aperture parameters(or region).This data processingmethod also provides a new feasibility analysis method for the optimization of the laser processing parameters of the injector in the future. |
