The Application Of Cement-Soil Mixing Pile In High-Rise Buildings

Along with the vigorously promote the continuous development of urbanization and real estate industry in our country, there is a very rapid development in urban areas in high-rise buildings in this more than decade. Some of high-rise building design and research still need more study and improve. The foundation of high-rise building is an important part of the upper loads, so the design of high-rise building is particularly important, In many areas, high-rise building foundation is using prestressed pipe pile and bored piles and other, but the prestressed pipe pile and bored piles will cause noise polluting, waste pollution and limited by the condition in construction process. As the environment is more and more important to our country, this kind of pile foundation is drifting away to the country state " technology first, reasonable economy, ensure quality, protect the environment" The cement-soil mixing pile is widely application and short time, low cost and pollution to environment. it can be a very good solution of the environment problems. In addition the soil-cement mixing pile not only can be a composite foundation with the soil, it can also join core strength in the middle, it is a formation of cement composite pile. as the pile to withstand the upper load, so the cement-soil mixing pile has a good prospect of engineering application in high-rise building. In this paper,on the basis of consulting a large number of literature, take an analysis on the design of soil-cement mixing pile composite foundation, construction technology and economic performance, on this basic, we have a fuether analysis of the perfoemance of the cement-soil composite pile. we analyzes the change of various parameters on the influence of cement-soil composite pile bearing performance witn MIDAS software. In this paper we get some useful conclusions, for application of cement-soil composite and soil-cement mixing composite foundation on high-rise building foundation.
