Composite structure system is a combination of two or more basic structures.The mechanical property and material index are usually superior to simple structure u nder the same design conditions.Arcuated built-up system is composed of arch rib, sus pender(or column), tie bars, lane beam(plate) and bridge deck system.When those basicstructures are designed into different combinations to bear the load, thus they ar e constructed to different types of arcuated built-up system bridge.With the development of the society, there are various construction methods for the arcuated built-up system.In this paper, Dexi Bridge in Bijie,Guizhou Province is used as an example to analyze the key construction techniques and structural stability of the arcuated built-up system.(1) Triangular steel is the key to the construction due to the structure factors of arcuated built-up system, the first part of this paper foucus on the finite element analysis of the consturcution techniques of the triangular steel and statical analysis of the holder. The analysis results are compared with the field test data to prove that this construction method is to grantee the structure quality and construction safety.(2) Vertical rotation followed by integral elevation are applied in construction of the main arch. This method requires excellent hoist tower. This paper analyzed the stability of hoist tower with the consideration of influences exerted by wind load and proposed optimization method, which are proved to be feasible according to the calculation.(3) Suspender is the main connecting component in through arch bridge. The length of suspender in construction period will affect the linear and structural force bearing of the bridge. The non-stress length of the main arch are calculated by using no stress state method and results are put into practice.
