As environmentally friendly packaging material,molded pulp products are widely used in a variety of cushioning.During transport,molded pulp cushioning pad is mainly through its own deformation to absorb energy,and purpose of extending the incentive to cushion.Changing transportation environment will affect the mechanical properties of the molded pulp,in actual circulation,the package will be damaged in complex environmental conditions,there may be varying degrees of damage to the contents,resulting in the loss of part or all of use function or value.Through different studies cushioning properties of molded pulp products under temperature and humidity conditions,provide a theoretical basis for the design of molded pulp products.The performance of the buffer elastic and plastic packaging material used for packaging deformation,the materials-deformation curve is different from the different materials.When the material is subjected to external force,its stresses and strain will be change.Factors affecting the actual production of molded pulp products cushioning properties mainly from production processes,the physical parameters of the material and structural properties of the buffer.In this paper,measured the basic data of molded pulp material,including the thickness,density,burst strength and elastic modulus.And the data of the thickness,density,burst strength and elastic modulus provide the basis for the analysis.According to GB/T462-2003,tests the moisture of molded pulp under different temperature and humidity conditions.Then according to GB / T8168-2008 tests of static compression were made to the molded pulp products under different humidity and temperature.Analysis the effect of static compression molded pulp products under the conditions.And explore the links of moisture content and temperature cushion performance variation humidity change.Using finite element software for static compression of molded pulp simulation,and compared with the actual results,to explore the feasibility of simulation experiments.
