With the continuous expansion scale of China's pharmaceutical circulation, the medicine warehousing building's area and scale is also increasing year by year. The pharmaceutical cold chain storage and transportation as medicine supply ch ain has attracted much concern. From June 1, 2013, the latest “standards for quality control of pharmaceutical management”(GSP), the 90 th order of the Ministry of health, has been officially implemented by Ministry of Health so as to regulate pharmaceutic al cold chain marketing. The revised GSP puts forward higher requirements in controlling Drug storage's temperature and humidity, which will certainly promote the development of energy-saving air-conditioning system of the medicine warehousing building at the same time.Drug certification review and adverse drug reaction monitoring center of Hunan province had made an on-site inspection of 256 pharmaceutical enterprises in 2008. Statistics showed that the temperature and humidity which cannot get effective control and detection is the main problem of medical storage architecture. Based on this phenomenon, the paper selects a specific drug warehouse building(mainly medicine cool warehouse) in Changsha City as the research object. Many aspects are taken into consideration to optimize the design of the drug cool warehouse's air conditioning system, such as annual load of building simulation and calculation, load characteristics analysis, comparing the conventional air-conditioning system and the temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system, comparing different forms of double temperature cold source system, air conditioning system design calculation, cold and heat source unit configuration scheme analysis, the different plan of unit energ y consumption analysis, analyzing energy consumption of air-conditioning water pump and cooling tower, energy consumption analysis of the double cold source fresh air handling units and dry coil terminal.Finally, according to the characteristics of drug c ool warehouse, further optimization of double temperature cold source of air conditioning system had been made. To achieve energy-saving effect, it can be realized by transforming the conventional double cold source fresh air unit, setting the bypass chann el, and only making deep dehumidification for the partial fresh air in the condition of partial load ratio. Constant pressure difference control method to most unfavorable water loop terminal was adopted to control variable flow chilled water pump to impro ve the control precision. For those special pharmaceutical storage, such as an aesthetic drug and toxic drugs for medicinal use storage, fresh air was pretreated by exhaust air to improve the system energy saving. Real-time monitoring system of temperature and humidity in the storage was set to continuous and automatic and real-time recording of temperature and humidity monitoring lasted.
