In order to improve air defense missile warhead and maximize the target damage,the researchers working on a grading initiation warhead,when meet the target,it projectiles axial prefabricated energetic fragments,then forming radial natural fragments by detonation.In order to make the process of bore firing and ejecting energetic fragments reliability,it is very important to check its structural strength of the components.In this paper,analysis the characteristics of the warhead structural,material properties and the stress calculation model of the moving process of the bore which is based on a research.MATLAB programming software is used to simulate the internal ballistic curve.Using dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to carry out three-dimensional solid model,simulate the launching process of the gun dynamically,analysis the results of the stress load ? strain and displacement distribution for the warhead components,check the structural strength of the bore emission process combined with theoretical formulas.Establishing physical model of ejection and simulating the process of ejection on the base of the warhead structure and ejection mechanism,use empirical formula of the projectile in ballistic to verify the correctness of the simulation.Analysis of the projectile,explosive,push plates,energetic bullets,the lower bezel and other parts of the structural,certify the reasonable of the design and the stability of explosive.The influence of the strength of the connecting thread on the detonation of the explosive is analyzed,which indicates that the connecting thread between the lower baffle plate and the body can play a good sealing effect.To ensure the safety of the structural of energetic fragment in the process of penetrating target,different forward speed,the angle and the target thickness of conditions are studied by the method of finite element,it shows that when the fragments of the velocity increases,the overload peak of the shell and energetic materials is increasing,the radial is also deforming expansion;with the angle of the fragments increases,the overload peak of the fragments decreases,the peak width increases;with the thickness of the target increases,the overload peak value increases,when the target thickness exceeds the diameter of the fragment,the overload peak value no longerincreases.Through calculation,the structure strength of the air defense anti missile warhead meets the requirements.Provide a reference for the design,material selection and the analysis of the structure strength of the warhead.
