| Due to the rapid development of the computer technology and the perfection of analysis theory,multi-body dynamics simulation and CAE technology in the field of automobile design plays a more and more important role.In this paper,that combines the dynamics analysis,finite element analysis and the second developing technology of Hypermesh based on Tcl/Tk to establish the multi-body dynamic models of Two-link Rear Suspension and Mc Pherson Front Suspension,quasi-static loading the analysis by applying virtual prototype analysis software ADAMS,Finite element analysis of a front suspension and the design of process automatic system.First of all,through the understanding of relevant literature,the study of suspension system for inductive analysis.This paper analyzes the strength of the suspension system,the problem-solving approach around,suspension system must determine the typical load suffered extreme conditions.According to the dynamic load coefficient of the limite working conditions,grounding forces at these condition of the tires were calculated.The simulation mode was established by ADMAS/CAR to extract the joint point load of the suspension system according to the tire forces of some typical conditions as boundary condition for quasi static analysis.Second,establishing finite element model of suspension system in the Hypermesh and the force of the suspension system’s joint point as the boundary condition for finite element analysis.Through the study of auxiliary frame finite element analysis and the suspension’s strength characteristics under different working condition;Analyzing the vibration characteristic of suspension system through the model analysis.The work not only for the design and optimization of the suspension system,but also to make the process specification for secondary development.Finally,the operation of the CAE analysis software cannot be unified and standardize d in the practical application,which result in the relatively low efficiency of the developme nt.Therefore,studying the whole simulation process in detail and based on the software de velopment platform of Hypermesh to develop the CAE analysis process automation system of the suspension Specific analysis the routine operation process of Hypermesh in modal a nalysis and static analysis,as the basic principles of the process development.With the hel p of Tcl/Tk language and Hypermesh own command function,developing a interface whic h has corresponding function modules.Ultimately,It make the process automation system verified in the analysis by the example of the front control arm. |
