As we all know,Wet clutch is an important part of vehicle power transmission system.It has a large capacity of transmission torque,The ride comfort for passengers is very good,vehicle shift-feel,Heat dissipation and long service time.It is constantly used by some auto companies to develop high-end car,But when the wet clutch in the state of idling,The friction plate shears the lubricant film,And then the drag torque comes,Drag torque not only reduces the efficiency of automobile transmission system,but also can increase the temperature of lubricating oil,Thus it has an impact on fuel economy in automobiles,even affects the transmission performance and vehicle performance.This article is based on my graduate Supervisor’s national natural science fund project,studying the torque combined theoretical research with test.Research contents as flows:The first,studying the structure and working principle of the wet clutch,Analyzing the actual work of wet clutch,Determining the typical working conditions that I will study in this paper,and then confirming the working condition parameters and structure parameters,Using CATIA to establish three-dimensional finite element model,using ICEM to Grid,This article chooses radial slots as research object.And then keep the grid as the mesh file.The second,According to the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics and the basic control equations of computational fluid dynamics,I have learned the principle of calculation and convergence of FLUENT,using the UDF function to define the viscosity-temperature properties of lubricating oil in the simulation,writing programs of viscosity about temperature,and then import the program into FLUENT,In this article I have researched the influence of the drag torque with the different temperature of lubricating oil,different clearance,different flow of lubricating oil,number of grooves,the depth of grooves.The third,studying the speed of the lubricating oil under different speed difference,analyzing the velocity of lubricating oil that in the friction pair with MATLAB to explain drag torque changes about speed difference.The fourth,in this research,I have analyzed influence about drag torque with the temperature of lubricating oil,clearance of friction pair,flow of lubricating oil,etc,and also draw a conclusion.And then make test to verify the conclusion. |
