Wenchuan earthquake produced a huge damage to landform and geological structure in wenchuan area, directly triggered and indirectly induced a large number of landslides, collapses and debris flow after the quake. The outbreak of earthquake provided a rich source solid content and deposited in the the river channel to partial or total channel congestion. When the rainy season, the flood erosioned the channel surface, which leaded the loose of debris, constantly shovelde ditch and both sides of groove land. Collapse, landslide formation of the deposit, and formed a loose and disorderly accumulation, highly irregular border, no stability, the empty channel flood of accumulation slope erosion, slide, collapse involved in the debris flow formation has become the inevitable result, become an important factor of channel debris flow form.To reduce or prevent mudslides rushed out of the amount and keep debris flow solid source in valley, to protect the safety of downstream production and living of the people, human often choose in a channel suitable location to set up different types obstruct dam, silt dam, barrier dam such as dam, to achieve the goal of control mudslides rushed out of the amount. Obstruct dam in addition to outside to stop silt mudslides solid source, due to the high dam of airport surface, produce strong energy dissipation effect of debris flow body, along with the kinetic energy dissipation, especially debris flow when passing the dam to produce large amounts of kinetic energy dissipation, big size stone namely appear along the silting, step by step and fine grained material advance with flood. Along the fluid potential energy is not enough to complement, kinetic energy dissipation seriously, along the fluid solid source stop silt separation, ensure the rushed out of the partial velocity slower mizoguchi, kinetic energy is small, small particle size, the downstream impact is limited.
