Downstream Dam Surface Steel Lined Shallow reinforced concrete pipes (referred to as the dam in shallow tube) is one of the main tube Hydropower Plants Conduit, nearly half a century has made great progress. It is widely used in the concrete dam hydropower station because of its advantages in terms of layout, load, cost, construction, etc. Since the dam in shallow tube designed to allow outsourcing of concrete cracking, it is necessary to consider concrete cracking nonlinear basis, the force behind the dam in shallow tube failure characteristics and seismic performance of a study.Taking a hydropower station, by ABAQUS finite element analysis software to calculate the pipeline structure, the use of concrete damage plasticity constitutive model of concrete dam in shallow tube outsourcing thickness, steel liner parameters, steel consumption and optimize the layout The main research contents are as follows:(1) Concrete damaged plasticity model based on the dam in shallow tube steel and reinforced concrete surrounding the complete bearing tube located at the dam parting cushion and cushion three kinds of outsourcing steel liner pipe laying program was studied, and a variety of programs geometry and mechanical parameters were optimized.
