With economic development and people's living standards improve, more and more high-rise building complex structures straight into the sky, taking into account the high-rise buildings need to use a variety of functions, such as the lower part of the structure is often used as a public place for commercial use, you need to plenty of room, while the upper structure for general office or residential use, the space required is very small, in view of this particular structure, it must change or changes at the structural arrangements set up conversion member in the form of floor structure with transfer storey high-rise building structure no doubt is the development trend of today's society. Since the structure there is a transition layer, resulting in earthquake horizontal forces force transfer is not a direct force transmission, the upper and lower stiffness apparent conversion layer structure is not the same, often upper structure stiffer than the substructure stiffness, easy to make the structure of the conversion layer weak layer. Seismic performance of tall buildings more and more people's attention, and thus the performance analysis of the conversion floor structure under seismic action is particularly important.On the structure of our daily lives to see high-rise buildings, it is often mainly by wind loads and seismic action, while the other vertical load is relatively little effect.Earthquakes generally have occurred and are difficult to predict in advance the characteristics of a very sudden, so will people's lives at serious risk. How to reduce earthquake damage of tall structures, how to reduce the safety of human life and property losses, engineering staff put forward higher requirements, should also lead to the entire human community attention. This article relies on a high-level framework layer 33 in Hefei Taihu Village with Transfer Storey- Analog shear wall structure for its more rare case of earthquake and related parameters under earthquake conditions, by comparison with the standard, too the overall structure of the seismic performance results. Articles made contents and main conclusions are as follows:First introduced with the development of high-rise structures and the conversion layer structure, the seismic hazard to human society, the need to arrive at the seismicperformance of engineering structures to be analyzed.Second, a brief overview of the theory and method of calculation of past seismic analysis further organize and summarize the traditional seismic design, by comparing the performance-based seismic design concept, advantages and disadvantages of both old and new ideas. In summary, based on the traditional experience, focusing on the seismic design of today's more popular ideological- Performan Based Seismic Design.Combined with specific examples of engineering analysis with the seismic performance of the converter layer structure, the paper Hefei Taihu Village as an engineering example, the seismic performance design theory. Practical engineering adjustment model to start, and to assist with PKPM structural design software SATWE program as a means to analyze the specific seismic analysis, respectively, from the cycle than the shift angle, displacement ratio, just heavier than the shear weight ratio, effective mass coefficient and other aspects of comparative data to obtain a more reasonable analysis conclusion.From a rational analysis on the model steps drawn from the analysis start of the project further elastoplastic analysis, primarily used PKPM software PUSH & EPDA program, select a different seismic wave simulation, by analyzing the different seismic waves of maximum story displacement angle, combined with the relevant norms, to validate the structure meets the requirements. Now through the specification of a reasonable interpretation of the analysis results. First reactions to the earthquake under the spectral analysis of data obtained as a basis, then rare event under elastoplastic time-history analysis of earthquake data to supplement, contact the differences between the two cases, a reasonable seismic performance objectives.
