There are many large-scale power equipment in industry workshop, it's inevitable that factory will produce certain amplitude vibration when the mechanical operation. If we do not consider the influence of dynamic load enough during factory preliminary design, it will easy to cause structure resonance phenomenon, eventually led to the building structure vibration amplitude, acceleration and other aspects than the provisions of the relevant norms limit.it will affect the production and cause different degrees of structure damage.How to effectively control the adverse effects of resonance, so that the vibration of the structure occurs within the allowable range, we need to conduct in-depth analysis and research.In this paper, based on the floor vibration problem of coal industry workshop, first we used detecting instrument to do dynamic test on the vibrate floor. We used the finite element software to carry out the finite element analysis for the vibration of the floor based on the test date, we are put forward reasonable scheme on the isolation based on the original isolation measures, finally solved the bad vibration from structure.The main contents are as follows:(1) We used the environment random excitation method to carry out dynamic characteristics test of the floor under different load conditions, through the vibration test at different characteristic point, get the acceleration and velocity time history curve of floor.Then to obtain the vibration of the structure vibration source frequency and the vibration of the structure by the method of spectrum analysis.The result shows that the Vertical vibration displacement of the characteristic point is beyond the specification, it is necessary to reduce the vibration of the floor structure.(2) Combine with the actual characteristics of plant structure to create reasonable finite element model by ANSYS. We do the modal analysis of the structure and get the first 13 stages of the vibration mode and the corresponding frequency of the floor, make the comparison between the modal analysis results and the measured data.The natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the floor model are found.We make a early judgment on the reason of floor vibration is equipment disturbance frequency close to the floor inherent frequency of vibration result in resonance effect.(3) Through the calculation of vibration excitation load, then we make dynamic analysis on the finite element model by previous load results. Get the frequency response curves of different prominently and displacement contour and the stress, at the same timealso extracted stress and deformation nephogram in different frequency from the floor and secondary beam. Through the analysis of the results we find that the reason of the bad vibration of workshop floor caused by structural resonance.(4) According to the actual situation of the workshop, we put forward to use replacement with high damping vibration isolation device features to improve the device isolation rate plan; According to the result of harmonic response analysis from new model.Combined with inspection situation in the workshop. We found that the new vibration isolation device of vibration isolation effect is very obvious, and it's very good economic and practical.
