Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made achievements that attracted worldwide attention, and people's living conditions have been greatly improved. At the same time, China's energy consumption also showed a rapid growth trend. Currently, the total amount of coal and oil consumption accounted for the proportion of total energy consumption is huge, and gradually increasing trend in number. Therefore, over a longer period and our current dependence on fossil energy and high energy consumption in the form of carbonized structure will not change. In the increasingly serious energy consumption, energy saving more urgent current conditions, Based on the solar chimney strengthen the natural ventilation to improve indoor air study of age and thermal environment in an attempt to promote energy efficiency in buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, reducing building energy consumption to provide a new idea.Through computational fluid dynamics software PHOENICS and building energy analysis software DeST verified impact analysis of natural ventilation of the building indoor air age and thermal comfort and passive solar energy demonstration building natural ventilation and building energy consumption through these efforts to give the following conclusions:(1) Setting the ventilation shaft building alone in the absence of wind or bad ventilation, natural ventilation of its interior has been significantly strengthened, age of air drops, the air quality has improved significantly, but the increase is small indoor thermal comfort.(2) Set both shafts and basement of the building, the summer indoor air quality and thermal environment has been significantly improved, air age is declining human thermal comfort is improved.(3) Set both basement and outdoor doors and windows closed when the ventilation shafts, ventilation shafts opening area change has little effect on indoor air quality and thermal environment, but when the ventilation shaft than the opening area of the cross-sectional area and take 1/2, building a passive building air quality and thermal environment for the best.(4) When this demonstration project in the summer and transition season relying solely on pressure natural ventilation, indoor air age, the wind speed is better, effectively reduce the cooling energy consumption of air conditioning in summer, but higher PMV-PPD index, human thermal sensation warm, people are not satisfied with the thermal environment of high value, poor human thermal comfort.(5) The demonstration project in the summer when relying solely on solar chimney and basement, using the "chimney effect" enhanced indoor natural ventilation, indoor PMV-PPD index in line with ISO7730 recommend PMV value(-0.5 ~ + 0.5), PPD value(less than 10%), the body feel moderate heat, the crowd on the thermal environment satisfaction with high-value, high thermal comfort.
