In order to meet the requirements of modern air defense,make up for the inadequacy of the traditional air defense anti missile warhead,design a energetic directional warhead under detonation driving on the basis of Russian AK-176 M 76 mm naval gun howitzer.The warhead can drive energetic fragments axially and produce natural fragments in the radial direction.It is particularly important for the study of energetic fragment warhead movement and character of it's process.In this paper,the vulnerability of "Tomahawk" cruise missile are studied,all cabin structure materials are analyzed and the cabin is converted to equivalent target.Refer to the AHEAD projectile,designs the directional warhead under detonation driving.The process of the energetic fragments under detonation driving are simulated by LS-DYNA software.Compare the numerical simulation with the theoretical values and verify the rationality of the numerical simulation.Analysis the velocity of energetic fragment and the scattering angle,obtained the attenuation velocity by 10 m and 20 m distance,the axial scattering angle of energetic fragment from-6 °to 6°and gradually increasing along the radius direction of warhead with good consistency.Analysis the structure and stress intensity of energetic fragments,provide the reference for the material selection and the integrity of fragment.Study the damage power of the energetic fragment warhead,calculate natural projectile fragment number and the lethal density of fragments;Analysis the penetrating ability of single fragment and the peak stress of the inner materials for the deflagration behavior,the energetic fragments were compared at the different angle of penetrating static target and moving target,study the effect of energetic fragment angle and target velocity for residual velocity of the projectile.Through the observation point arranged in the inner part of the energetic materials,it is concluded that the variation of peak stress of energetic materials for fragments with different angular and velocity of the target,in order to determine the deflagration behavior of energetic materials.The research content of this paper is to provide reference with design and Research on damage power of warhead structure.
