With the development of aviation, navigation related technology research and application is more and more widely, which flight positioning data accurate access to become the important link of the positioning technology, positioning accuracy to the key role and the flight safety is the important guarantee. In the past few decades, flight positioning information data acquisition and transmission mode from single sensor data system development to multi-sensor data fusion system, the data acquisition and transmission mode is by the traditional serial transmission trend of wireless transmission mode, transmission system adopts is more in line with the user of the mobile terminal platform. In the practical application, the accuracy, reliability and fault tolerance ability of the data of the flight positioning are more and more high, which also put forward higher requirements on the portability, mobility and miniaturization of the equipment. The GPS navigation system based on, on the multi sensor localization information data acquisition and fusion algorithm, the transmission model research, high precision data transmission and the data are fused by the wireless transmission mode, to achieve real-time low flying aircraft air tracking and positioning.This paper begins with a brief introduction to the sensor data acquisition and processing method of the basic principle, model application, and the use of data processing of the interpolation algorithm, data weighted average fusion algorithm, positioning data error correction algorithm and so on, the processed data through the real-time and effective transmission of the wireless network and stored in the terminal system. System adopted the embedded system platform of MCU terminal control pressure sensor to obtain pressure, temperature and altitude data information and IOS mobile platform to control access to a GPS sensor, the latitude and longitude data information based on, finally will be the data effective fusion makes terminal system set in a body to form a complete positioning system. Of combined system simulation test results show that:through the multi sensors data and GPS data fusion can achieve real-time low altitude flight positioning. The portable mobile terminal navigation method not only has portability, high precision, reliability and broaden the application of positioning the vacancy in the field of low altitude, to low altitude aircraft to realize real-time terrain following and terrain warning study lay the foundation. The research and application of the positioning system has important social and economic value and broad application prospect.
