In recent years,natural gas has been vigorously promoted because of its rich reserves,environmental protection and low carbon characteristics.Especially in winter,natural gas is used as fuel for heating,and the use of natural gas is huge.However with the development of natural gas,engineering gradually appeared some problems,especially for cold northern cities,in urban gas pipeline prone throttling element frequent freezing and blocking phenomena and effects of network safe operation.It is very important for the analysis of the natural gas pipeline to carry out the analysis.At present,the research in this area is mainly focused on the qualitative level,at t he same time,considering the high pressure of natural gas in the pipeline,there are some limitations in the experimental study,so the numerical simulation method is adopted.The throttling effect based on,adopt numerical simulation method of reversed pressure and valve throttle effect of natural gas pipeline temperature drop were simulated and analyzed,and the analysis of freezing and blocking the formation of rules and conditions,for the project provided technical support.Outdoor temperature is very low in the north winter,the gas pipeline in the regulator and the valve component inlet gas temperature is relatively low.Natural gas flows through the pressure regulating device and a valve member is a throttling cooling process,the occurrence of is cooling effect,due to the presence of the Joule Thomson effect,instrument and valve outlet gas temperature will drop lower pressure.The numerical simulation results show that the throttle element of the regulator is the weak part of the frozen plug.With the reduction of the outlet pressure,the valve port temperature will be reduced,the valve port pressure will be reduced,and the valve port flow rate will rise.With the increase of the inlet temperature,the valve port temperature increases,the pressure of the valve port remains unchanged,the valve port flow rate increases.Temperature and flow rate are almost linear.Valve throttle component of its outlet is the formation of ice blocking the weak region.Gas flow through the existence of two times the throttle process,after two different levels of throttle,the temperature decreased,the pressure is reduced,the flow rate increased.
