Since the application of the artificial freezing method in the subway tunnel, the change of the stress and deformation of the frozen wall and lining during the excavation process has been the most important problem in the underground freezing engineering. So the station to the Nanning Metro Line 1 phase of the project Cangling to train station interval liaison passage freezing method construction background, the contact channel of the project by artificial freezing reinforcement design of strata. Also introduced mine excavation construction method and technology;with ANSYS finite element software for Metro connecting passage the excavation process of three-dimensional numerical simulationObtained.general.three-dimensional variation of the stress field and displacement field of frozen wall and lining during the excavation process; With the excavation of frozen wall of the maximum stress from 1.48MP reduced to 1.32MP, slowly will stress transfer to the segment to segment the stress by 2.4MPa increase 2.7MPa with frozen wall design value 3.6MP difference of 2.4 times; The maximum displacement is produced in the vault and the bottom; Finally, by comparing the measured data with the numerical simulation results, the simulation results are evaluated. Results of simulation was basically in line with the actual situation.which verifies the feasibility of the method.Through the frozen wall of freezing scheme design and analysis of connecting passage excavation force and displacement.Hope to provide guidance and reference for similar projects in design and construction in the future.
