In recent years, with the development of social economy, people began to have higher requirements to the space of the building function, then the span of building structure and scale increasing, make the space structure began to the ranks of the huge structure。However, giant grid structure as a new type of large span structure of the system, the structure is simple and clear, So more and more scholars study the structure of system。In order to adapt to the development needs of large span structure, this article based on the research results of giant grid structure, use the finite element analysis software MIDAS-GEN, set up a 700m span rib ring spherical giant grid structure analysis model, aim at the structural design and construction process of large span structure analysis conducted a series of exploration and research。In this paper, the institutes major work done in the following areas:(1) The designation of 700m span rib ring spherical giant grid structure。 Based on the current study of the geometric form and the theoretical results of giant spherical grid structure。Using the finite element analysis software MIDAS-GEN, established a 700m span rib ring analysis model giant spherical grid structure, then design the structural under static loads, after completion the designation of the structure, Check the structure stress and deformation of bar, and analysis the steel quantity, modal and stability of the structure.(2) The construction technology design and entire construction process simulation of 700m span rib ring spherical giant grid structure。Analysis and study of the construction methods and construction of multi-stage theory of large-span space structure; Considering the feasibility of construction method to optimization the construction method of this structure, researched the cantilever installation method of the construction process and analyzed in the construction process simulation to structure model; Finally, using the iterative method, calculated construction deformation preset value of the structures。Above the analysis the designation and entire construction process simulation of large span giant grid structure, can draw the following conclusions:1、Under the loads, the force bar are mainly distributed in the radial and circumferential three-dimensional truss beams chord, the webs bear force are smaller; Under the meet the requirements of strength and stiffness, The maximum section size of the bar is Φ1600 x48, The minimum section size of the bar is Φ1600 x48; The totle steel weight of the structure is 14240T,under the projection area, the steel weight of the structure is 340 Kg/m2。2、In the modal analysis, the low-order modal vibration mode of the Spherical giant grid structure mainly include horizontal vibration, vertical vibration and torsional vibration; The first natural vibration period of the structure is 2.2s; In the buckling analysis, considering the L/300 initial geometrical imperfection of the structure, the first buckling characteristic value is 70.59, meeting the requirements of the specification, The stability of the structure is better。3、Based on the research construction technology of the cantilever method, under the auxiliary condition of erection construction bracket using the QUY1000 type tower crane, crawler crane and D2500-120 type can meet the requirements of construction structure in the process of hoisting, make structure smoothly complete closed。4、Through the entire construction process simulation analysis shows that: Under the structure in each construction stage of strength and stiffness meet the specification requirements, proved the method of cantilever installation of large span spherical giant grid structure construction is safe and reliable。5、Using the iteration method calculate the construction deformation preset value, the calculation results show that; Considering the construction deformation preset values, Structure forming of the configuration can be achieved in accordance with the design forms a construction requirements。...
