As a common means of transporting materials, the fluid pipeline is extensively valued and widely used because of its lots of advantages such as easy, quick, safe, etc. At the same time, in order to effectively prevent the phenomenon of cracks and breakage, leakage from occurring, it need of detection and maintenance for pipeline interior, and it puts forward higher requirements for through performance of the walking mechanism of pipeline. In many ways of walking, the walking mechanism of screw drive type not only has compact structure, stable operation, simple design, and can effectively save the cost; it can also provide larger traction force in the process of moving in the pipeline, so this design uses a spiral drive type as walking type inside a pipeline. But for some special pipes, such as right angle elbow pipeline, the situation will become very complex. In this paper, it carries on analysis of kinematics and through performance of sports situation for the spiral walking mechanism of pipeline walking in the right angle bend pipeline.In this paper, the spiral walking mechanism of pipeline is mainly studied., first of all the walking mechanism of every important part of was designed and selected, and then analysis the expansion amount and kinematic force for the walking mechanism, obtained the influence factors of the smooth movement, secondly analysis the geometric constraint conditions and through performance in the right angle bend pipeline of the walking mechanism, it is concluded that the effect of the elbow through performance. In the end, applying SolidWorks to establish inner spiral walking mechanism of pipeline of three-dimensional model, and then using ADAMS to start simulation analysis research of the stability factors and through performance factors of the walking mechanism in the right angle bend pipeline to verify the correctness of theoretical research.This paper draws the main conclusions are, the speed and traction force of the walking mechanism has an important influence on the moving stability when moving in the elbow pipeline, and the speed, acceleration and curvature radius have an important influence on the through performance of the walking mechanism in the elbow pipeline. At the same time, this paper also carry on simulation analysis of the path of particle on the walking mechanism of the right angle bend pipeline, further verifies the correctness of the theoretical research.Secondly, it uses the virtual prototype simulation technology to carry on simulation analysis on the spiral walking mechanism of pipeline when the walking mechanism passes through the right angle bend pipeline, it not only can directly to observe the mechanism movement situation, shorten the production cycle of the product, and provide the research basis for the further development of the design of the same type of institutions.
