In recent years, people's living standards continue to improve, the pursuit of high quality of life and the demand for frozen food is also increasing, lead the rapid development of the cold storage industry. For China's existing cold storage, the problem of energy waste is more and more serious, how to solve this situation, improve the efficiency of energy use, is a worth studying practical.In this paper, a cold storage in Harbin as the research object, record and analyze the running data of the refrigeration system from June of 2015 to October, to grasp the characteristics of the operation of the refrigerator,and then tap the potential of energy saving operation of the refrigeration system. Through the analysis of meteorological parameters found from June to October with the temperature falling, the refrigeration system of the condensing pressure and temperature decreases, the refrigerating capacity of the system increased, reached the same target temperature cooling time is shortened, energy consumption has declined markedly. During the experiment, with the change of atmospheric temperature, the combination of refrigeration system and equipment is adjusted, the daily temperature drop and energy consumption data are recorded. And the data were sorted out, and the energy efficiency of the system was analyzed, and the energy efficiency of the system was analyzed, and the lowest energy consumption was summarized.Then taking the ambient temperature disturbance factors, the temperature in the library for regulating object to establish the characteristics of differential equations, using the MATLAB curve fitting and transform interference parameters on differential equations are analyzed, that cold storage cooling the relationship between performance and the parameters of the interference. After the use of dynamic programming method to achieve-9 degrees for the target Si, condensation pressure is greater than or equal to 0.7MPa, less than or equal to 1.OMPa for the constraint conditions, the minimum energy consumption for the purpose of S6, planning a variety of different paths. In view of the existing systems of energy consuming equipment by different combinations formed 12 different operation scheme, take theta w 3 different values according to the scheme of experimental data to sum, draw out the cold storage of actual cooling curve, energy consumption of each scheme are calculated, the calculated results were compared and analyzed, it is concluded that the ?w=30 and 9 w=10 the refrigerator choose 4 sets of compressor with evaporative cooling water pump and fan running at the same time the maximum energy saving 62%,9 w=20 by 3 sets of compressor with evaporative cooling water pump and fan running at the same time, the maximum energy saving 30%. The optimal configuration of the existing equipment of the refrigeration system is completed, which provides a theoretical basis for the intelligent control of the refrigeration system.
