Bridge is crucial for the economic and social development of large buildings,but they are long-term working in harsh environment and climate conditions,large bridge is often difficult,complex for design and construction of the long period,and large capital investment,to ensure that large Bridges will be safe and reliable operation is very necessary.In order to avoid the negative economic and social impact of the bridge collapse or destruction,for health monitoring of bridge is usually needed to ensure that they have the ability to survive under harsh conditions.With the increasing of the people's attention of the condition of the normal operation of the bridge,more and more scholars put into the research work of bridge health monitoring system.Automatic data acquisition system is a component part of bridge health monitoring system,it has the characteristics of intelligent,systematic and automation,and is an important way for bridge structure information,thus carrying on the design research has the vital significance.First of all,according to the literature and the engineering practice,this paper sums up the common disease in cable-stayed bridge,and analyzes the causes of diseases,and preliminarily determines automation data acquisition system of monitoring projects,then overviews the related contents in the cable-stayed bridge monitoring system of automated collection.Secondly,selecting a model bridge,through the finite element software Midas Civil2012 simulation,and carrying on the analysis of dynamic and static characteristics of the bridge model.Again,based on FBG sensor module design,this paper discusses the principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor sensing and sensor selection,etc.,based on the traditional experience and combining the model analysis results of the sensor measurement points for layout optimization design;Then carries on the design of data acquisition and transmission module,its content includes hardware and software design of data acquisition,data transmission network design.Finally,carrying on the design the data acquisition system of auxiliary support system,and designing a set of data acquisition system based on solar energy green power supply scheme,introducing the concept of green bridge health monitoring.
