With the rapid development of automation,automotive electronics and computer network,intelligent vehicles,car networking and new energy will become the development trend of the automotive field in twenty-first Century.For the existing electronic vehicles,the car was full of a variety of sensors,their interfaces have none uniform standard protocol,which makes the car network cabling complex,sensor data processing and transmission capacity face with great challenges.In view of this situation,but also to reduce the difficulty of the development of intelligent vehicles,this paper proposes a data acquisition system based on CAN bus and uses the multi sensor data fusion technology to deal with the vehicle environmental parameters.This system chooses a kind of 32 bit and POWER architecture MPC5634 M,which is specially designed for the automotive electronics control,as a core processor,and launched by Freescale Semiconductor Inc.According to the requirement of information collection function in the vehicle environment,a kind of information collection node based on CAN bus is developed by using modular design idea.The nodecan collect the analog signals,digital signals,switching signals and pulse signals and other data,through the FlexCAN to achieve communication,and finally use the USB-CAN interface to transfer to the host computer.Hardware aspects fully consider the expansion of the function and cost savings,select the appropriate components,design the principle of each module circuit diagram and PCB layout,the circuit is simple,stable and reliable.Software has fully considered the special environment of the vehicle,designed a complete set of real-time,effective and reliable communication protocol,and giventhe program structure and flow chart of the module.In theaspect of data fusion,this paperselects the appropriate data fusion architecture and designs a set of two level fusion scheme which is based on Kalman filter and consistency fusion.Then uses MATLAB to carry on the related simulation research and applies it to this information collection system to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.The results show that the data fusion scheme can effectively reduce the redundant data forwarding,prevent the abnormal data from the fusion result,reduce the energy consumption and improve the accuracy of the data.
