| The topic of this article was derived from the first special subject "Research on failure mechanism and working characters of aerial-upright wharf structure" which belongs to the 12th Five-year National Science and Technology Supporting Program"Study on the key technology of port and dock construction in channelized reach of mountain rivers "(N0.2012BAB05B04).Generally,during the construction of the impounded inland wharf we should use rock-socketed pile protected by steel casing.Based on the above and in order to acknowledge the mechanical characteristics of this kind of wharf structure,this paper took the Orchard Wharf of Chongqing Port phase Ⅱexpansion project for example.This paper selected a single-framed structure as calculation model and made some research on the mechanical properties about it at normal service phase by means of ANSYS.The main research works and achievements of this paper were listed in detail as follows:(1)Put forward the finite element simulation method of inland wharf with steel casing rock-socketed pile.According to the above simulation method,The finite element model of inland wharf with steel casing rock-socketed pile is established by the large finite element software ANSYS,The good agreement of experiments and Numerical calculation verified the validity of the numerical simulation method.(2)Based on the numerical simulation method above,Established the finite element model of bent structure of Orchard Wharf of Chongqing Port phase Ⅱexpansion project,Meantime,through the static analysis,we could obtain the structural horizontal displacement,the pile stress characteristics and the stress concentration position.(3)Based on the frame finite element model,this paper carried out 7 kinds calculations of different water levels of impact force of the ship,and studied the effect of the changes of ship collision position on the on the bent frame structure.As seeing from the maximum stress at the corresponding position,the result indicated that:the structural horizontal force’s transfer effect is poor at the low water level of the impact position,where would appear the stress concentration of larger values in local place;High water level of the impact position made the structure of the horizontal force spread quickly,and the concentrated value of the local stress was small,which strengthen the transfer effect.(4)This paper made research on the impact of stressed properties of the changes of the local structure to the bent frame structure.The depth of pile rock-socketed,the depth of steel casing rock-socketed,the intensity of concrete,the presence of steel casing with or without steel liners and the thickness of the steel casing on the bent frame structure were studied to analysis the stressed impact for bent frame structure.The result,showed that various factors have different levels of influence on the stress of this structure.(5)This paper made research on the impact of stressed properties of the changes of the mudstone parameters to the bent frame structure.The mudstone parameters mainly includes elastic modulus E,poisson’s ratio v,density p,cohesive force C,internal friction angle Ψ.The changes of these parameters made stressed impact on the bent frame structure.The result showed that various factors have different levels of influence on the stress of this structure. |
