The full prefabricated assembly type underground structure can increase the speed of construction engineering;save Lane in construction time and reduce the material piling up,processing plant area and reduce the impact on the surrounding buildings and structures;and save steel,concrete and other materials,the amount of reduced less construction waste generation is building a low carbon,green rail transit is an effective way.Prefabricated underground structure is a new construction method which is widely used in the future engineering practice.Design and construction technology of prefabricated underground structure is more important.It includes joint structure design,joint position in the whole prefabricated assembly structure design,joint stiffness design,joint construction is convenient and simple and so on.In this paper,a prefabricated assembly subway station in Changchun as the research object,established the joint model of the subway station structure and the overall model of the joint section respectively,then analyzed the mechanical property of joint parts and integral part of prefabricated subway station.Under normal use load,the prefabricated subway station with different joint stiffness are analyzed and compared and the law of the influence of different joint stiffness on the internal force of subway station structure is summarized;the overall mechanical properties of the prefabricated assembly subway station structure are analyzed and the whole mechanical properties of the prefabricated subway station structure can meet the safety requirements of structural design Under the action of repeated load,the energy dissipation of the whole cast in place joint of the subway station,the high strength bolt connection joint and the steel bar connection,two pouring connection joint is studied.The seismic behavior of the joint of three different construction methods is summarized,and the high strength bolt connection joint of prefabricated subway statio n structure can meet the requirements of earthquake resistance under the action of earthquake.
