Design Strategy For The Efficiency Of Typical Floor Of Super High-rise Building

By studying the technology and the theory of the High-rise Building, from the view of an architect, the author researched and discussed the design strategy of the typical floor of Super High-rise Building and analyzed the basic aspects relative to typical floor including the proportion of usable area and vertical transportation design.Based on the analysis about typical floor and vertical transportation, the author suggested that by using the appropriate technical measures such as reasonable structure system, plan layout, MEP system, lift arrangement and high performance elevator, the architect could not only arise the efficiency of the typical floor, but also ensure the basic function of the building.At last, by taking Jinwan Plaza No.9 as a research object, the author put upper technical measures into practice and fulfilled the design target.
