Permanent magnet brushless DC motor with a large torque per unit of energy,the control method is simple,smaller body size and smooth running characteristics of excellent stability and promote its machinery in the field of automation and sophisticated aerospace science and technology have achieved a successful practice.However,the permanent magnet brushless DC motor due to its unique structural features and body control,it has serious work during the torque ripple.Torque ripple hinder the work of the stability of permanent magnet brushless DC motor,and the negative effects of mechanical vibration,electromagnetic interference and noise,limiting its scope of application.Therefore,if the motor commutation torque ripple phenomenon effectively suppressed,not only can greatly optimize its operational characteristics,will promote their wider application in sophisticated areas.This will be suppressed permanent magnet brushless DC motor commutation torque ripple of research objectives,to explore more effective suppression strategy.This article describes the structure and operation principle of the body of permanent magnet brushless DC motor,built the mathematical model;build an experimental model of traditional permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system in MATLAB/ SIMULINK software,and complete simulation study.Accordingly it pointed out that caused permanent magnet brushless DC motor commutation torque ripple factor,proposed the use of hysteresis current control strategy to weaken the torque ripple phenomenon,followed by simulation test its feasibility and practicality.This design of brushless DC motor control system hardware platforms and software programs,and completed the corresponding debugging on the internet.The results showed that: In this control strategy,permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system can operate normally,with good operating characteristics,commutation torque ripple significantly reduced.
