| LED-based light source has many advantages,whichare now increasingly being applied into general lighting. Take LED panel light as an example, it is high-grade, simply nice designed indoor lighting with anodized aluminum outer frame. Its good lighting effect shows people luxurious atmosphere and brings people sense of beauty. The unique design of LED panel light lies on a glowing effect generated after light goes through the high-transmittance light guide plate. This kind of glow can relieve eye fatigue with high-illumination uniformity,softly light and comfortably brightness. In this thesis,it first briefly introduces some optional design issues related to the current new LED panel light guide plate. Doing the optical simulation and optimization from some parameters of the way that light into the light guide plate,the thickness of the light guide plate,LED array interval,as well as the LED-based light angle,with research subject of the optical efficiency and uniformity, finally, a thickness of only about 4mm large ultra-thin LED panel light guide plate design is accomplished as a result. |
