With the development of social economy, people begin to put forward higher requirements on the shape and function of the building. Especially the development of high rise building by leaps and bounds. Frame core tube structure has gradually become the main structure of the international high-rise building. The structure has the following advantages:(1) the internal space flexibility is high and the distance between the outer frame of the structure is generally 8m~12m, so it provides a variety of layout.(2) the structure has high stability, the core tube and the outer frame are common to horizontal seismic force and wind load resistance, wherein the outer frame set up to the two line of action, shows that the structure has good seismic performance.So the frame- core tube structure is widely used in high-rise buildings.But for highly overrun or irregular overrun the structures, the seismic performance will greatly affected and shall the anti-seismic performance analysis as well as the stress analysis of slab discontinuity of floor of floor structure.In this paper, a case of Hefei, an out of- limit frame- core tube office building for example, to work on the following aspects:(1)To collect information on the high building and to understand its characteristics as(1)To collect information on the high building and to understand its characteristics as well as development profile, in particular, the framework of the core tube structure.The stress characteristics and development trend of the structure have certain cognition.(2) The SATWE program is used to analyze the elastic analysis of the frame tube structure under earthquake,and to determine whether the performance indexes meet the requirements of the specification and performance objectives. At the same time,the elastic time history analysis of the structure is added and the result of the response spectrum method is tested.(3) The equivalent elastic analysis of the frame tube structure is carried out by the SATWE program to determine whether the overall performance index and the performance of each component can meet the requirements of the specification and performance objectives. At the same time, the tensile stress of the shear wall at the bottom is checked to determine whether it meets the requirements of the performance objectives.(4)The equivalent elastic analysis of the frame tube structure is carried out by the SATWE program, a layer of cross section of shear wall shear section checking.Then the static analysis of the structure is carried out by the PUSH program to determine whether the index and the component can meet the requirements of the specification and performance objectives.(5) Analysis of floor stress of two floor slabs by Building Midas, it is judged whether it can maintain the integrity and meet the requirements of the specification and performance objectives under the action of earthquake and rare earthquake.Through the analysis of the above analysis, it can be concluded that the structure of the frame has weak parts.After strengthening measures, the overall seismic performance and component performance can meet the requirements of the specification and seismic performance objectives.
