With the continuously rapid development of national economy, people's living standard have been improved since the 21 st century. More and more have different kinds irregular building have appeared. Currently some new building in order to meet the needs of the function or lighting set its larger space in the building in our country. Like large shopping malls, office buildings, library and teaching building adopt this kind of structure. In the majority it also use einforced concrete frame structure about the structure system. This building with places also crowded, after earthquake damage will have serious consequences. So the earthquake under the action of irregular turn round structure seismic performance with strong engineering practical value, for the protection of people life and property safety also has realistic significance.This article is mainly to the irregular turn round structure seismic performance analysis, introduces the cause of the earthquake, earthquake type and earthquake damage, the characteristics of the earthquake in China, the research background, domestic and international the research status of irregular structure and back glyph structure which is expounded. In this paper use software SAP2000 to build three irregular turn round structure model: type of central connected, two layers at the bottom closed and two layers at the top closed, carries on the comparative study on the seismic performance. Then did modal analysis, single and double under the action of earthquake response spectrum analysis and the linear time history analysis and static nonlinear analysis, mainly to do the following several aspects of research:1. The irregular turn round structure model, through the modal analysis to know structure model cycle, frequency and coefficient of quality to participate in the judgement of fundamental performance.2. Under the action of the first three models for one-way and double-way earthquake response spectrum analysis, it is concluded that structure floor displacement and the interlayer displacement angle,then judged structure model seismic performance.3. Did linear time history analysis for the models with EL-centro wave, TAR wave, Lanzhou1 wave, it is concluded that structure under the effect of different seismic wave of floor displacement and displacement angle between the layers.4. Did analysis of the static nonlinear for the models, through the performance points for research. Then choose the typical central connected back analysis of plastic hinge turn around structure.
