With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the principle and method from different disciplines are integrated into automobile design industry.In this paper,we can analysis the bump behavior of the animal in the nature and apply the result into the automobile design based on the method of bionics and the application of reverse engineering technology.As a result,we can find some advantages of the goat skull and apply the advantage into the optimization design of the automobile to achieve the goal of optimizing its structure reliability.The thesis' s content mainly includes three aspects,the first step is to scan the actual model of skull and import the point cloud data of the goat skull generated by the 3D scanner into relevant software based on reverse engineering technology.In this process,this paper introduces two methods(One is generating dicom files based on Computed Tomography Scan and using mimics10.0 to deal with the point clouds data,the other is using 3D scanner to generate the point clouds data in stp files and putting it into CATIA to deal with the point clouds data directly)to deal with the point clouds data and we can choose the best one to go on the next surface reconstruction.In this paper,we will choose the latter.The aim of importing the repaired point clouds data into CATIA V5 and making the surface reconstructed is to generate the geometry model of the goat skull.Secondly,import the geometry model into ANSYS workbench is to give it the analysis of Static Structural,Transient Structural and Model.As a result,we will figure out the function of horn and the cortex and muscle fibers under the support bone in protecting the skull from being forced.The use of information and results can we put forward a new design scheme that will shows its superiority and feasibility on the basis of the original automotive parts structure.
