Bridge's importance of traffic system is self-evident. In bridge design, finding a suitable way to simulate the pile-soil interaction is an aspect of the problem which is difficulty in design work. It also makes prominent the necessity of research on related issues.Taking into account the ground conditions have a greater impact on the seismic safety of the building, so after reading China's relevant codes for design for foundation and ground base of bridges, proposed to the factors of the ground division as an influencing project, added to research on the pile foundation simplified simulation methods, discussing the applicability among the various kinds of the simplified simulation methods.Therefore, we select a pile foundation of a continuous beam bridge which in the Ganzhou city Zhang Jiangnan Avenue extension road project as a research prototype. Using the finite element analysis software midas/Civil, key consideration bridge foundation partial structure's responses, Assessing those simplified simulation methods. In line with the purpose of discussing various kinds of simplified simulation methods' accuracy and applicability, and strive to be able to provide a reference for engineers in bridge engineering design work. This essay mainly completed the following works:(1)After a lot of access to relevant informations, this essay done a comprehensive introduction on the status of research and development of bridge pile foundation simplified simulation methods. And select two simplified simulation methods which have been widely used in engineering: “n” multiples the pile diameter embedded solid method(nd embeded method), the distribution of spring method(m method) as the objects for the study.(2)Introdcing the various influencing factors of ground division. Combine with the ground divided conditions in the related codes, From a large number of borehole data, select a plurality of ground bases of different types as the situations of the research.(3)Set forth in the midas/Civil how to implement two simplifed simulation methods; AtIX X the same time, after the analysis and calculation to the example bridge pile foundation, the book values of design and engineering calculations do than to verify the feasibility of modeling method.(4)Using the methods which were verified, respectively modeling the nd method's models and m method's models:a.Respectively, in a total of several different static situations calculated. Select pile displacement response as an evaluation index, the benchmark results in m method's results,under different static situations, to explore suitable pile diameter multiples "n" values in nd embedded method.b.Establish partial model of pile foundation in a dozen kinds of dynami situations, using the time-history analysis, consider the added parts of the pier internal force and displacement as a response to the reference index. The same results as a benchmark which have been got by m method. Discussed under different ground base types' situations, nd embedded method appropriate values for multiple pile diameter. And the applicability of simplified simulation methods of bridge foundation in seismic terms.In addition, this study by adding a site division elements, more detailed assessment of the applicability of each simplified simulation methods.
