With the increasing development and utilization of underground space, Foundation embedded depth increasing groundwater on anti-floating underground structure makes more and more problems and be taken seriously. When the structural weight and load weight is less than when groundwater buoyancy, basement or podium structures are often in a State of compensation or compensatory, buoyancy possible failure or damage. Currently there are no specific criteria for anti-floating study. Parameters calculated by using different criteria are different from each other. This article on anti-floating underground structure calculation and design to the following field of study1. Comparative analysis of different specifications in the country against the floating water level and checking computation of anti-floating requirements were described in this article. The current specification general provisions against the floating water level were also summarized. Outlines the occurrence of groundwater, seepage, underground side-wall friction, water level for prevention of up-floating, water level calculation of buoyancy and reduction of impacts2. According to uplift mechanism of anti-floating measures can be divided into two types, active and passive. This article introduces the various types of anti-floating measures, based on the site analysis of the water situation and on projects in the past. All the project sites are divided into float and no float types.3. Three floating destroy underground structures were introduced in different parts of the case, from the design and construction analysis of failure of anti-float principle. The characteristics of float-prone and the corresponding countermeasures were summarized.4. The original floating design was optimized based on its original anti-floating design and the water content level. It's suggested that the underground project, which is constructed using top-down method, should the exterior side wall friction. Using SAP2000 finite element software to analysis the factors influencing effect of soleplate anti-floating. Different parameters influence on internal force of soleplate and deflection, design information for future reference.
