Along with the rapid development of mechanical manufacturing technology, research and development of different new micro-refrigeration system has received widespread attention. Above all, micro vapor compression refrigeration system has got the most rapid growth and some has successfully applied in fields like heat dissipation of electronic components and individual microenvironment. However, there are only three energy sources of micro vapor compression refrigeration system: lithium battery, hydrogen cell and internal combustion engine which only use chemical fuels. In order to satisfy demands of energy saving and environmental protection, it is necessary for system energy combine solar power and micro-refrigeration system which will inevitably become a new opportunity in the near future.Current research about micro compression refrigeration system and independent solar refrigeration system have been reviewed firstly in this paper, besides, micro solar refrigeration system was designed thereafter.Next, after analyzing heat balance of micro refrigeration system, the author tested the three kinds of working performances with sunny period, cloudy to overcast and battery text alone including parameters like solar radiation intensity, environment temperature, voltage, current and electrical work etc. In addition, the influence of environment temperature and solar radiation intensity towards running performance has been analyzed comparing with the experimental result. In the end, through analysis of solar cell efficiency, system energy and system energy efficiency, the system theory was set up on the basis of experimental data analysis result. Apart from that, key issues on system energy have been optimized and some follow-up research and improvements have been raised according to problems and deficiencies arising from the research.
