| With the rapid development of economy,in order to meet the increasing standard of people’s living,more and more city high-rise buildings and large public places are appeared in recent years,which is leading to the rapid development of the elevator industry.The elevator door-motor control system is very important to the elevator.The safety and stability is one of the most important factors to measure the quality of elevator. So far,the existed elevator door control systems on the market still have many problems,Therefore,it has important practical significance to design a door-motor system to satisfy requirements of simple control method,good drive performance and high reliability,which is the task of this topic design.First,the background of the this topic is analyzed and the significance of the topic is illustrated,with an introduction in detail of their domestic and foreign development and requirement analysis of door-motor sysytem.The needs of software development are analyzed in detail from functional requirements,performance requirements, environmental requirements and reliability requirements of elevator door-motor system.On the basis of the above analysis, the software of door-motor system is designed on DSP TMS320F28035,including the upper application software and the underlying motor driver software design.In the upper application software open-close control module is analyzed emphatically,and some common fault diagnosis and processing method.In the underlying motor driver software the program realization method of vector control algorithm of motor is mainly analyzed.Finally,the experiments and results of door-motor control system are offered.The testing waveform of the experiment demonstrates that the software design satisfies the demands of door-motor control system on the whole. |
