Urban public transportation policy is a method for government departments to handle the complex relationship of demands meeting, resource allocation balancing, budgets making and infrastructure investment, which is also the basis of relevant Regulations.In recent years, with the implement of Public Transportation Priority Policy, the informatization level of public transportation improved continuously. Researches of Data Mining and Bus Scheduling implied the disequilibrium problem caused by early planning. The key to great-leap-forward development of urban public transportation system is increasing the synthetical efficiency of the operation and promoting the transport capacity.This article will focus on the Model Analysis and Data Mining of Bus Operation System, evaluate the resource occupation of Bus-network, and optimize the network topology with the help of numerical statistics and visualization methods. The verification of the Evaluation and Optimization is based on the analog operation data based on origin OD data after the modification of Bus-network. Thus, the practical significance of this research is to make less and balance resource occupation of public transportation system on the premise of stable public demands and transport capacity, which is to decrease the public transportation cost driven by origin demands.This article will refer to ITS Big Data Research, including the concept of Ant Colony Algorithm, Complex System and Network, Statistics, Data Mining, Data Visualization Methods and Topology, the specific primary tools in this article will also be programmed.
