The spread footing, which is essentially a gravity foundation and is frequently applied in on shore wind farm projects. Because of this kind of foundation will use large amount of concrete, after the placement completed will generate a lot of heat, heat in the center of foundation can not effectively expand outward. The temperature between the center and the surface will lead to cracking of concrete、concrete durability 、 safety 、 water resistance. Holding the temperature field and the corresponding temperature-caused stress field during construction and operation timely and exactly play an important role as well as its safety operation. Some measurement facilities pre-buried in the mass concrete are incapable to forecast its evolution and reflect the situation of the whole body comprehensively, much more to provide decision-making basis for the next construction and safety operation. Therefore it is all-important to simulate and analyze the temperature field and the corresponding temperature-caused stress field of the mass concrete. The main research contents:1. In this paper the large volume concrete concept is briefly analyzed, introduced the concept of early concrete, recommended the reason of thermal stress and thermal crack. According to the thermal crack. Two aspects of the analysis from the macro view and micro view, Summarizes the large volume of concrete hydration heat, thermal stress, thermal cracks prevention measures.2. In the third chapter, the theory of concrete temperature field theory is explained in detail, including the heat conduction equation、cement hydration、temperature rise、concrete comprehensive strength、tensile strength、elastic modulus and other thermal parameters. Provide the theoretical basis for the finite element analysis of the fourth chapter, especially the selection and calculation of some parameters, make the simulation result more accurately.3. Use the finite element software ABAQUS established a multi-model, analysis the expansion of the concrete distribution of temperature and thermal stress, and then study the concrete cracking and then study the influence of the foundation ring. At last, Obtained the concrete expansion and cracking tendency of distribution of the stress of foundation.
