| With the rapid growth of economy and farmers’ living standards improved significantly,the demand of indoor air quality and thermal comfort is significantly increasing. The heating using fossil fuel cause severely environmental pollution and exacerbate energy crisis, even threatening the country’s energy security. However, the heating using biomass gasification gas can improve environmental pollution and relieve energy crisis efficiently. And the total amount of abundant biomass and wide distribution provide objective conditions for heating using biomass gasification gas. So residential heating particularly using biomass as feedstock is being paid more attention in rural areas.This paper presents the analysis for economic and greenhouse gas reduction of the decentralized heating using biomass gasification(BG) gas and biogas referring to the Xiaoguta village in Tianjin. It goes into detail about all kinds of investments, such as the equipment cost, fuel cost, electricity charge, labor cost, and maintenance management cost. It also shows how greenhouse gas reductions, such as CO2 reduction and CH4 reduction, exist in the two decentralized heating. The results show that the initial investment in biogas heating is nearly 186% of gasification heating. Operation cost of biogas heating has many advantages compared to gasification when the byproduct of biogas(299 thousand RMB/a) is used. The maintenance management cost of the decentralized heating using biogas is 37.5 thousand RMB/a, while the decentralized heating using BG gas has no maintenance management cost. The greenhouse gas reduction and pollution gas reduction of the two decentralized heating methods are similar. Overall, the economy of decentralized heating using BG gas has more advantages than using biogas. The advantages of decentralized heating using BG gas is especially more prominent in the low level management rural areas. Villages such as those in the rural areas of suburbs in Tianjin, should use BG gas as a heating fuel when they need a lot of gas. The results appear valuable when guiding the rural heating modes to use local biomass resources.Similarly, this paper presents the method of technical and economic analysis of rural residential heating,referring to biomass gasification used for central heating and household heating based on the Xiaotagu village located in Tianjin city. Comparative analysis of economic benefit and investment recovery period by investigating heating equipment,depreciable life,operating costs and other factors was made. The heating mode for the referred Xiaotagu village is finally proposed. The results also provide technical and economic references to similar cases in rural areas in China.Finally, this paper introduce energy-saving measures of household heating using biomass gasification gas for the rural residential users,comparing the main factors that affect the energy-saving measures by experiments. The thermal load before and after the area of the door and window is decreased to the half of the previous area is simulated by software of e-QUEST. The ultimate goal is to provide technical reference for energy-saving of biomass gasification in rural areas and change people immature perception about energy-saving of household heating in rural areas that the way of Sub-period temperature and Sub-room temperature can significantly reduce heating energy consumption and result in a very significant energy savings. |
