With the development of the social economy and the improvement of the people's living standard,the demand of milk is greatly increase,milk refrigeration and manufacture has been increasing attention.If milk can't immediately cooling down, Milk gets rotten easily,it can bring about dollar lose.This paper is study for milk production technology, design milk cooling system and waste heat recovery system, the waste heat recovery system will reduce fund input for dairy product company. his text carry's on an study into waste heat recovery technology used in the dairy industry, first of all to the refrigeration system design, including refrigeration system calculation and type selection of equipment, then design an waste heat recovery system, the plate heat exchanger to soak up condensing heat water for factory production. After careful calculation and accurate theoretical analysis to the selection of plate heat exchanger, using ANSYS software for plate heat exchanger heat and qualitative simulation analysis, this project is "beijing woerda company" designed condenser heat recovery for "mengniu milk industry".First study for condenser heat recovery system, the initial waste heat recovery system use a plate heat exchanger to proceed waste heat recovery, after analysis should be adding two plate heat exchanger, the reason is the working medium is ammonia refrigeration system, the leakage of ammonia will affect water quality, adding two plate heat exchanger effect will be better.This project has four sets of condensing heat of waste heat recovery principle diagram, through the theoretical analysis of the principle of select the best figure to guide the construction, combined with the project, under the given conditions and the design conditions of condenser heat recovery system is analyzed, reference for the selection of the equipment manual for other equipment selection, by selection to further choose centrifugal pump, the buffer tank, the hot water storage tank, the water through the filter, the electric automatic control system equipment and other related auxiliary equipment.Second design waste heat recovery system for high temperature disinfected milk,after study milk technilogical process,use milk cooling system to cooling down high-temperature milk,through analysis directly decreased the temperature of high temperature milk to 4? can consume a large amount of electric energy,so the system make cooling process of high-temperature milk divided into three sections,first use cold milk to cool the 75? high-temperature milk to 55?,reuse of water to cool the 55? milk to 45?,finaly use milk cooling system cooling down the milk to 4?,then canned milk.Finally, to conduct economic analysis and energy saving effect analysis of waste heat recovery system,prove the feasibility of waste heat recovery system. To complete the installation of waste heat recovery system commissioning test.
