| With the rapid growth of the national economy,China’s highway construction is in a boom phase.Central green belt as an important part of the highway,driving at night is not only anti-glare,separating opposing traffic,ensuring driving safety and so on,but also beautify the highway landscape,prevent environmental pollution,and other functions.To ensure the realization of green features,regular irrigation is central to highway greenbelt important part of routine maintenance,a problem also routine maintenance.For a long time the central green belt irrigation water tankers artificial way,not only in this way there is a big security risk,and water consumption,high cost of irrigation.Accordingly,the continuous optimization of the traditional irrigation practices,while exploring a more suitable highway greenbelt irrigation new technologies imminent.Through a lot of research,combined with a central green highway hydrogeological conditions,theoretical analysis and laboratory research methods such as drip irrigation,proposed a central green-based humidity sensor and pressure compensated dripper with intelligent micro-irrigation technology,issues concerning micro-irrigation technology,hydraulics,intelligent control technology and other subjects,research contents and achievements include:(1)Collecting rainwater within the scope of highway road area as irrigation water,crop water requirement is determined according to the hydrogeological conditions of the area to be irrigated,and then based on crop water requirements for irrigation water filter,reservoir design pipe network layout.Finally,independent research and development of intelligent automated micro-irrigation control system will control the entire project co-ordination,and ultimately expressway central green belt automation micro-irrigation projects.(2)Based on geological features and hydrogeological conditions of irrigation demonstration project area,the uniformity of the laboratory tests carried out,punch out the test results naturally flow and pressure compensated dripper outflow showed that natural punch out when irrigation uniformity coefficient stream only about 60%,uniformity coefficient does not meet the relevant regulatory requirements,but also there is some lack of irrigation point,part of the point of excess irrigation phenomenon,and after the installation of a pressure compensating drippers entire pipe network outflow uniformity coefficient increased to about 90%,and in addition to some clogged dripper,very few ultra-irrigation or watering less the point,so by indoor drip tests showed that pressure compensated dripper can effectively improve and enhance the overall irrigation pipe irrigation network uniformity,while also effectively prevent over irrigation and inadequate irrigation phenomenon.(3)The use of soil moisture and humidity sensor for real-time monitoring and surveillance information promptly returned to the controller,the controller of the information returned for automated processing and judgment,enabling automatic irrigation from the irrigation area and irrigation only intelligent control.(4)Relying on the highway under construction,the use of independent research and development of micro-irrigation control systems and related laboratory test research-based micro-irrigation technology demonstration project application pressure compensated dripper and humidity sensors,application through demonstration projects,of the proposed micro-irrigation technology feasibility test of practice,but under the guidance of practical engineering of micro-irrigation technology to improve and perfect,and finally formed a relatively complete central green with intelligent highway micro-irrigation technology. |
