At present,most of the domestic research on ship-bridge collision focus on the offshore area bulk ship collision on the bridge pier structure,but for the inland river barge collision on the bridge pier structure was little concern.The existing static method is difficult to reflect the dynamic characteristics of the interaction between the barge-pier,and the fine numerical analysis method can not quickly determine the dynamic response of the pier structure after being collision by barge.Because the reduced-scale of the model test and prototype is difficult to meet the similarity,so it is difficult to carry out the reduced-scale model test.In this paper the inland river barge is regarded as the reference object,an equivalent simplified dynamic model based on the interaction between barge-pier was established,and the equivalent reduced-scale model test method based on the barge collision on the bridge pier is studied,in order to use simplified dynamic analysis and model tests to study the dynamic response of the pier structure after being collision by barge.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the finite element method to study the dynamic response of barge collision on the bridge pier.The fine finite element model that simulates a typical 500 DWT inland river barge is established,designed to impact of different cross-sectional shapes of the rigid pier.At the same time,the time history curve of impact force was analyzed,through carry out different bow shape barge and bulk cargo ship collision rigid wall.The results show that the contact impact force closely related to the impact surface shape of pier,and the bow contact stiffness is related to the ship bow shape.(2)Construction of equivalent simplified dynamic analysis method for barge collision on the bridge pier.Then ship-bridge collision in the United States AASHTO guidelines specified standard barge as a reference object,based on the analysis of the dynamic response of the impact force,energy conversion and the impact depth of the barge.An equivalent model is constructed,the mass-spring-damping system is used to simulate the relationship of the barge-pier,to build the relationship and the law of value equivalent parameters and collision parameters of the two sides,to form a bridge of ship collision simplify dynamic system.Also the finite element model of the standard barge of the provisions in the American AASHTO specification is established,to verify the rationality and effectiveness of equivalent barge ship-bridge collision simplified dynamic system.The results show that the simplified dynamic analysis of the equivalent barge is very close to the numerical results and the computational efficiency is greatly improved.(3)The equivalent reduced-scale model test research of barge collision on the bridge pier.Finally,Based on the simple similarity that the model test of the simplified equivalent barge-pier collision system is carried out,the influence of different contact stiffness,section form of bridge pier and the pier anti-push stiffness on the dynamic response of the piers are studied.Based on the experimental conditions for the prototype,the finite element model is established to carry out numerical analysis to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation.The results show that the hit test pier of the dynamic response is related to equivalent barge contact stiffness,pier section form and pier anti-push stiffness,constructed to test conditions as the prototype of the numerical analysis results and the impact test result is very close,especially the impact force.
