Research On Technology And Appliance Of Widening And Rebuilding Of Expressway Embankment

These years of highway development along with the rapid economic development has been a big change,because of the increasing income of residents,China's car ownership is growing,and the growth of traffic volume is far more than expected,which caused the current highway can not adapt to the current situation of the problem.Compared with the new constructing highway,the project of widening of original highway can save occupation of land.And early construction of the highway is prominently in the road network,it's basically traffic arteries of the developed regions.So a growing number of highway need widened and rebuild to increase its capacity.The project of the expressway widening and rebuilding is new issues that we facing in the highway construction,there aren't yet technical specifications for design or construction recently.The research of this technique is a new subject in our country,therefore,it is much important.The research of this paper is carried out by using the laboratory experiment,field investigation,literature review and model calculation.Laboratory experiment are mainly related to the performance of the test light soil filler foamed light soil engineering properties verification,validation of construction scheme and construction process rely on foamed light soil engineering filler used.field investigation mainly for soft ground treatment of the pile test,to verify that the construction scheme of soft ground treatment.Through consulting a large number of references and examples of the domestic and international highway reconstruction and extension projects,to understand the existing research results,the mechanism and the analysis of the differential settlement of the existing research,and the analysis of the expansion of the highway model has a more scientific research,and proposed a reasonable solution based on the project.Therefore,this article through the relevant test,data analysis and modeling calculation,the main content of the research and results are as follows:(1)The settlement mechanism of the widening and rebuilding of highway is analyzed,and the influencing factors are analyzed,which are compared with the theoretical formula,the numerical analysis and the prediction of the three aspects.According to the characteristics of load distribution,the cause,influencing factors and controlling standard of differential settlement are summarized.And come to the conclusion of the research of the settlement control standards.(2)The analysis of the reform and widening and rebuilding of the highway splice scheme and common splicing technology.By comparing the different conditions,the use of the splicing and splicing technology,there are the advantages and disadvantages of the roadbed splicing scheme and technology.(3)Integrated the main construction measures of the construction of the widening and rebuilding of the highway,from the construction requirements,technical points and measures of construction,etc..(4)Analyses the key problems in the renovation and widening and rebuilding of subgrade filling and soft ground treatment of highway.
