Bridge construction monitoring and control is an important part of bridge technology.The construction monitoring of continuous rigid frame bridge is the premise of ensuring the structural rigidity,small deformation,less expansion joints,and a series of advantages,such as comfort,comfort,wind resistance,earthquake resistance and so on.At the same time,the deviation of theoretical calculation and actual data in the process of continuous rigid frame bridge in the construction monitoring control is cumulative.In the construction stage,if not in time for effective control and adjustment,with the hanging basket cantilever construction section of the main girder section,the elevation of the main girder and alignment will be more and more deviation from the expected value of the design.Therefore,in order to achieve the ideal bridge state,it must be from the beginning of construction to carry out real-time dynamic monitoring and adjustment of construction.This paper briefly describes the development of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge,and introduces the relevant methods of bridge construction monitoring and control,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Then the civil Midas,which is based on the professional finite element analysis software,is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the space(45+3×80+45),which is based on the multi span continuous rigid frame bridge.And according to the construction design documents,combined with the characteristics of the construction site,respectively,using civil Midas to build the bridge in the construction of Hu Jia Gou Bridge in the cantilever construction of the beam section of the bridge,the prestress tension,hanging basket and other stages of the analysis model.How to improve the accuracy and the accuracy of the finite element model calculation.In the third part,for continuous rigid frame bridge construction site monitoring and control two aspects-should be force monitoring and linear monitoring,perfect monitoring system is presented.The factors of affecting the accuracy of construction monitoring were analyzed and compared with theoretical calculations differences according to between the data and the actual construction number,proposed by adjusting the parameters of construction control to control the hanging basket cantilever construction stage,for the smooth closure of "Hu Jia Gou Bridge No.1 made great contribution.In addition,the paper also analyzes the civil MIDAS and the effective stress loss calculation.The design parameters,Kalman filtering,gray theory,the least square method,and the artificial neural network method,which is better to guide the continuous rigid frame bridge construction,are carried out.The results are compared with the overall work.
