Abstract/Summary:
With the urban traffic problems becomingmore and more serious,the traffic department has been working on trafficmanagement and organization.Due to the traffic network equilibrium theorybeingproposed,the urban traffic flow of network has an ideal operating state.It is the complex traffic environment and traffic form that maketraffic travelersaffectedby a variety of factorswhen into traffic network and that enable the distribution of network traffic flow unbalanced.This paper starts at improving the operating efficiency of the traffic network.On the basis of urban trafficnetwork equilibrium theory,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the disequilibriumof network traffic flow within the city group,and describes the unbalanced characteristics of the network traffic flow within the city group.According to the unbalanced characteristics,the disequilibriummeasure of network traffic flowwithin the city group has been studied.The organizationofnetworktraffic flow within the city grouphas been studiedaccording to the disequilibriummeasure of network traffic flow.Firstly,the concept of disequilibrium network traffic flow was described,which pointing out that the essence of the disequilibrium network traffic flow is inconsistent between network carries andequilibrium(optimal)assignment results which are the parameters of each level,function and role of the road in network.According to the definition,the causal factors of the disequilibrium network traffic flow were analyzed,which containedthe characteristics of travelers’ choice,the specific traffic conditions and random factors.According to the formof network,network density and characteristics of traffic flow,the basic characteristics of the disequilibrium network traffic flow within city group were described.Secondly,the balance index and deviation index of road were determinedbased on the result of static traffic network equilibrium assignment and actualnetwork traffic parameter.The disequilibriummeasure ofsimilar level,function and role of the roads andadjacent different levelsroads within the city group were establishedbased on the concept of thedisequilibrium network traffic flow.And the disequilibriummeasureofthe whole city group was expressed,too.Then the disequilibriummeasure values were analyzed.The method of organization about static network traffic flow within the city group was proposed.Lastly,according to the static disequilibrium measure model,the dynamic disequilibrium measure model was established.And the method of organization about dynamic network traffic flow within the city group was proposed,too.The balance index and deviation index of road load were determinedbased on the result of dynamic traffic network equilibrium assignment and actualnetwork road load.The disequilibriummeasure ofsimilar level,function and role of the roads andadjacent different levelsroads within the city group were establishedbased on the concept of thedisequilibrium network traffic flow,and the disequilibriummeasureofthe whole city group was expressed.According to the dynamicdisequilibrium measure,the method ofdynamic guidance about network traffic flow within the city group was proposed,and theuser guidance model about dynamicnetwork traffic flow within the city group was established.
