Wheel loader has the advantages of fast operation speed,high efficiency,good flexibility,convenient operation,etc.,so it has become one of the main models of the construction of earth and stone in the construction.In the whole process of loading machine,due to the limited space of loading maneuver,the multi heat source and heat sink are arranged in the process of operation,and in the process of operation,the system temperature is too high,and the operating system is not normal.In order to achieve the cooling requirements,not taking into account the flow field of the engine and the use of a simple diameter or higher speed of the fan,resulting in poor economic performance.Therefore,the optimization analysis of the flow field in the loading maneuver is a necessary condition for the development of the cooling technology of the loader.Aiming at different working conditions of loader,combined with experimental data and CFD analysis,the flow field of the loader is analyzed and optimized,and the cooling system is formed,which can improve the thermal performance of the loader,and meet the needs of domestic and international market.This paper mainly carried out the following aspects of the work:(1)Analysis of the domestic and foreign loader cooling system technology status,introduced the current loader used in two kinds of heat dissipation,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method of the heat and the disadvantages of one one.(2)The heat source of the load maneuver cabin is analyzed and the performance of 50 kinds of heat dissipation mode is analyzed by means of experiment.The flow field and temperature field are analyzed and evaluated by two kinds of power cabin.(3)The mathematical model of the two kind of power cabin is established by CFD analysis.The simulation model is verified by the test data.The flow field and temperature field are analyzed by the mathematical model.(4)Analysis of hood import and the size and the position of the outlet,the matching fan,a wind guide cover and radiator between distance and the influence of parameters on the cooling performance,and for data simulation model optimization analysis of the effect of above factors,a variety of optimization analysis for loading machine cooling system design provides a strong theoretical support.
