With the high-speed growth of urbanization in our country and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes,resulting in construction waste accumulation occupy precious land resources,which are more than 40% for concrete waste,which not only pollute the environment but also affect the appearance.To this end,the experts and scholars began to seek a scientific and reasonable method to settle these "misplaced baby",and then recycled concrete structure came into being.However,due to various defects of recycled concrete mechanics,make its can only be applied in non load bearing structure,in order to make the recycled concrete can be more widely by various structural system is used to play the advantage,relevant experts and scholars through research and demonstration,based on concrete filled steel tubular structure is put forward on the steel tube recycled concrete technology.Firstly,the performance of recycled concrete is improved due to the existence of steel core concrete is restrained by steel tube;secondly,because the core concrete of steel pipe supporting role,can delay or even avoid the occurrence of local buckling of steel,between the steel tube and the core concrete mutual contribution,coordination supplementarily,work together ensures the the properties of materials into full play,at the same time make up for the lack of two kinds of materials.The technology of recycled concrete filled steel tube is put forward,which makes the recycling and utilization of waste concrete have a broad development prospect,and at the same time bring good environmental benefits,social benefits and economic benefits,in line with China's basic national policy of sustainable development,but also conforms to the trend of green environmental protection.Study on recycled concrete in our country is still in the initial stage,although has obtained a lot of valuable research results,but is not perfect,study on the steel tube concrete structure or component is lack.In order to get better and faster development of recycled concrete,this paper analyzes the finite element analysis of recycled coarse aggregate concrete column of steel tube in order to provide reference for practical application.In this paper,the large general finite element software ABAQUS on the root of 25 different coarse aggregate replace rate and different tube wall thickness of the square steel tube recycled coarse aggregate concrete columns,1 reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete columns and 1 root pigment regeneration coarse aggregate concrete column are simulated by finite element,discuss the hysteretic curve,skeleton curves,the stiffness curve,ductility and bearing capacity of the related issues,and calculated the theoretical value and the simulation results are scientific comparative analysis.The results of the study show that: square steel tubular regeneration coarse aggregate concrete column lag back curve is full,almost no pinching shrinkage phenomenon,component has good energy dissipation capacity,ductility,bearing capacity is also in line with the requirements of the specification of concrete filled steel tube components,and the results agree well with the theoretical calculation,it is suggested that it is widely used in engineering application.From the simulation data,the change of the steel ratio has a great influence on the performance of the component,and it is best not to be lower than 0.11 in the engineering application.
