In the mountain area of the overhead transmission line,in response to the state and the State Grid requirements for environmental protection,design institute have to make the tower and it's foundation have different length and height,so as to better adapt to the mountain terrain,and also can reduce the volume of excavation;however,the same tower terrain can the configuration scheme of multiple leg length and height of foundation,the designer can not give the comprehensive configuration scheme when there is no relevant qualitative and quantitative method.In usual,designers can give the results only with their experience.Although they are able to meet the engineering requirements to a certain extent,but corresponding to the configuration scheme of foundation excavation and foundation of economic indicators(concrete foundation,basic steel,foundation retaining wall volume)may is not the most economical.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is looking through the qualitative and quantitative methods(logic formula)to optimize transmission line in the configuration between the mountain engineering the use of different leg length tower and the different height base,to achieve in the tower's location is the same,base material was minimum,foundation base shovel excavation amount minimum.In order to better protect the tower where the location of regional geographical environment,also can control based on the amount of material in a certain extent,reduce the total investment of the project.Logical formulas given in this paper to meet the tower foundation design anti pull requirements related to,but also experience to meet the practical engineering design habits.The logic formula is not the usual linear mathematical formulas,but value measurement based on the tower base,formed by special arrangement,logic calculation flow chart.It can be a raw data input,according to different judgments of the output of multiple calculations for the designer to choose.The logic formula given in this paper can be written in the current computer language(JAVA,VBA,C++),which can form executable program,which is convenient for designers,of course,the article also through practical engineering optimization scheme and concrete plans of the comparison,although single comparison results and can not fully explain the optimization results will play a obvious role in practical engineering;however,we can see that through optimized configuration of each Kitab,can the foundation of the whole project material quantity and the shovel dug to get effective control and reduce,thus better environmental protection,and promote the healthy development of the power grid project.
