With industrial development, various types of heavy machinery and equipment for hydraulic system requirements also will increase the hydraulic technology to meet the development needs of high-pressure, high-speed, large capacity, while the hydraulic system accuracy requirements are also increasing, and pressure control accuracy is one of the parameters of the main hydraulic system accuracy. Hydraulic pressure pulsation is one of the main factors affecting the accuracy of the system, it is caused by the vibration element and generating sources of noise, which has become one of the important factors that hinder the development of hydraulic technology, the control hydraulic system pressure pulsation of great significance. In this paper, the presence of medium and low pressure in the hydraulic system pressure pulsations main object of study, proposed a similar structure muffler pressure pulsation damper mechanism to improve the accuracy of the hydraulic system pressure. The main research works are as follows:(1) By derivation formula to calculate the rectangular plate in a liquid frequency formula to calculate when the hydraulic damper w ork, attenuator transfer function of inlet pressure and outlet pressure.(2) Vibration plate of thin computing with ANSYS Workbench unidirectional flow solid coupling calculation carrier plate natural frequency, determining the pressure pulsation damper pl ate main parameters.(3) The establishment of a hydraulic damper of the finite element model, ANSYS Workbench application of bi-directional flow solid coupling simulation calculated the attenuation efficiency attenuation at different frequencies, then the attenuation efficiency by Matlab curve fitting, Fluid damper on the filtering performance of the filter characteristic and structure parameters.
