Current energy crisis and environmental pollution has become a global problem.Oil resources are depleted today.The world is moving towards the "post-oil era".Post-oil era is the new energy and renewable energy period of rapid growth and development.There is no doubt that the new energy vehicles has become inevitable direction of future development of the automotive industry.As a power source of electric vehicles,power battery is undoubtedly the most important thing.Due to the reason of large capacity,high energy density,long cycle life and cost performance,lithium battery has become the mainstream power battery in electric vehicles.However,in practical applications,more for a large number of lithium battery series with groups.Due to the inconsistency of lithium cell groups,power battery performance depends on the battery with poor performance in the same group.It will influence the battery capacity utilization.At present,establishing a balanced control system is an effective method to improve the capacity of the battery pack which is not balanced.According to the power battery equalization technology research,the main work is as follows:1.Discusses the development and application of power battery.Balancing technology is the key technology of power battery equalization control system.The paper researched and compared the advantages and disadvantages of common equalization schemes.2.The advantages and disadvantages of the common equalization circuit topology are compared.This paper selected inductive circuit of energy non dissipative topology which based on Buck-Boost circuit.At the same time using two level of balanced structure based on this,in order to improve balance rate.Considering the common equalization criterion variables,selected the battery SOC value as an index of balancing and developed balanced strategy.Designed and simulated the work stages of balancing.The result of simulation proved that the design is effective.3.The general framework of balancing system is based on the “Host-Slave unit”.This paper designed hardware circuits of main control board,data acquisition board,balance board and driver board.And in the design of the system software,the balance control modules separated into two groups and made a specific strategy for the system.It can effectively improve the performance of balanced control system.4.This paper made equilibrium experiments and debugged the balance system.The result of experiments proved that the design is effective.
