The solar is a new kind of environment protecting energy.And its extensive use is an efficient measure to realize the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,and pollution decreasing.With the constant improvement of government emphasis on environment problems,relevant policies and specifications on solar heating devices have been introduced sequentially,and the solar water heating system are in continues development.As the solar heating devices have the characters of simple product structure,low technical content,and the easy entry of the industry,each company has launched various kinds of solar heating products,leading the huge produce scale and uneven product qualities.Testing organization with qualified solar heating device certification is relatively scarce and the application scale of the relevant detection system is quite small;its testing objective too single;and the operation difficulty is relatively great.All these result in the system can not satisfy the testing requirement of the fast-developing solar heating device market.In response to these circumstances developing a solar heating device performance testing system,that can carry out performance testing 4 different kinds of device;complete testing data collection,data storage and analysis,fault diagnosis and alarm,and exporting testing report,is in great need.The detection system designed in this topic,provides a new product testing channel for the solar industry,supplies a data support for the solar heating devices testing report,and has a significant influence on regulating the solar heating device market.This subject concludes the solar testing standards and research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant national standard on solar water heater and solar collector.According to the testing condition and testing method specified by the standard,a hardware detection system which satisfies various testing requirement is designed here.And after analyzing each subsystem of the hardware system,this paper sketched the function modules.The hardware detection system realizes the function of thermal property testing of 4 different solar collectors.After proposing the overall design scheme of the software monitoring system on PC,this paper introduces the whole framework and the main function modules of the software system.The corresponding testing modules are designed for the different methods and process during the thermal property testing course,which perfects the function of the performance detection system and reduces the unessential operations of the testers.Finally,hardware debugging and software module testing are carried out to test the operation and overall performance of the system.On condition that it meets the national standard,this subject carries out the testing on daily useful energy and average heat loss coefficient of the solar collectors,analyzes the test data and calculates the energy efficiency coefficient and grade of the heat collectors.The obtained test data provide a basis for the judgment of energy efficiency grade of the domestic solar water heating system,and points out a direction for optimizing and improving the system performance.
