With the rapid development of the information age, the magnetic material is traditional magnetic material which has been widely used. As a number of magnetic material, M-type strontium ferrite is indispensable. Because of excellent overall performance, simple preparation process and low cost permanent magnet material,it is widely used in the field of electronics, defense, communications, daily life.Although China is the largest producer of magnetic materials,but in the research and development of high-performance magnetic materials slightly behind the developed countries, it has developed a high-performance permanent magnet materials is a priority.In this paper, Sm-Co/Mn substituted strontium ferrites Sr1-x Smx Fe12-x?Co/Mn?x O19?x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.4? and Gd-Co/Mn substituted strontium ferrites Sr1-x Gdx Fe12-x?Co/Mn?x O19?x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.4? were prepared by the same solid-phase method. By X-ray diffraction?XRD?, Scanning microscopy?SEM?, Value Stream Mapping?VSM?,we analyzed crystal phase composition, microstructure and magnetic properties of the strontium ferrites.Studies have shown: the present study used Sm3+ ions and Co2+/Mn2+ ions substituting Sr2+ ions and Fe3+ ions of strontium ferrites. when the Sm-Co doping amount 0?x?0.15, The single-phase M-type Sr1-x Smx Fe12-x Cox O19 strontium ferrites were synthesized; when the Sm-Mn doping amount 0?x?0.2, The single-phase M-type Sr1-x Smx Fe12-x Mnx O19 strontium ferrites were synthesized. And at low Sm-Co/Mn doping amount, the typical hexagonal block structure were observed in magnets. By VSM test analysis concluded: When the Sm-Co doping amount x=0.25, the saturation magnetization Ms reaches the maximum 69.216 emu/g, when the Sm-Mn doping amount x=0.2, the saturation magnetization Ms reaches the maximum value 59.662 emu/g. And Compared the coercive force, the difference is not obvious. When the Sm-Co doping amount x=0.1, the maximum remanence Br=31.376 emu/g. When the Sm-Mn doping amount x=0.2, the maximum remanence Br=33.417 emu/g.Studies have shown: the present study used Gd3+ ions and Co2+/Mn2+ ions substituting Sr2+ ions and Fe3+ ions of strontium ferrites. when the Gd-Co/Mn doping amount 0?x?0.1, the single-phase M-type Sr1-x Gdx Fe12-x?Co/Mn?x O19 strontium ferrites were synthesized. By VSM test analysis concluded: when the Gd-Co doping amount x=0.1, the saturation magnetization Ms reaches maximum 53.520 emu/g, when the Gd-Mn doping amount x=0.1, the saturation magnetization Ms intensity maximum 57.228 emu/g. There is little difference between the coercive. When the Gd-Co doping amount x=0.05, the maximum remanence Br=35.727 emu/g, when the Gd-Mn doping amount x=0.05, the maximum remanence Br=37.623 emu/g.
